Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During high-volume periods, processing time may be slightly longer. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We use reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size, location, and cost efficiency. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping
Standard delivery is available for most items and is the most cost-effective shipping method. Delivery time varies based on destination and carrier speed.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
321GO! RC currently ships within the United States only. We may expand to international shipping in the future depending on carrier availability and regulations.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items.
- Some RC batteries or hazardous materials may require special handling.
- Weather delays or carrier disruptions may impact delivery times.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. Keep all packaging materials and take photos of any damage to help expedite support.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address cannot be refunded unless the package is returned to us.
